Karen Amaru

In 2012, I began working for Karen Amaru, a real estate broker in Westport, CT. I built a website for her in WordPress that pulls in IDX MLS listings and provides her clients with the ability to save searches and create email notifications for new listings that meet their criteria. This capability was achieves through the use of a WordPress plugin called Optima Express by iHomefinder. I altered the look of the output by writing custom CSS.

I also manage her online web presence. I built her a Facebook page and Pinterest page. I polished her Twitter page and LinkedIn profile…eliminating duplicate accounts. I created profiles for her on real estate websites including Raveis.com, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com and HOMES.com.

In addition, I designed a customized listing presentation for her in Microsoft PowerPoint with animated charts and graphics.
